Draft PHDR now available!

GoT has now circulated the draft PHDR for DP analysis. It will be discussed in various fora in the coming weeks: DPG Main Tuesday 3/11, DPG Leads and Co-Chairs meeting Thursday 6/11, and during the Annual National Policy Dialogue from the 19 to 25 November.
