The second National Strategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty (NSGRP II or MKUKUTA II) is a continuation of the government and national commitments to accelerate economic growth and fighting poverty. It is an organizing framework to rally national efforts for next 5 years (2010/11 – 2014/15) in accelerating poverty-reducing growth by perusing pro-poor intervention and addressing the implementation bottlenecks.
